Make a journey with us, discovering science through the ages with this 4-H Day Camp! Explore the coolest scientific discoveries as we travel from the ancient world to the forefront of modern scientific inquiry! We will learn how mummies were really made. Build our own heron's fountain, discover the foundations of electricity, and how it paved the way for robots! We will end our camp by learning some basic robotic programming, and even put together our own motherboards! Join us this summer for three days of science fun!
Open for kids ages 10 - 18 (as of January 1st, 2023).
Camp is $20 per youth and all youth are required to bring their own lunches. The camp will take place at the Pamlico County Courthouse Kitchen June 27 - 29 from 10:00-5:00 each day. Water and snacks will be provided
There is a two-step registration process. Step One: Complete the Eventbrite Registration Form. Step Two: Complete 4-H Online Enrollment. Your registration is not complete until enrollment in 4-H Online is complete. Those forms can be found here.
This camp needs a minimum of 3 participants.
