Some of the most neccesary skills today - whether youth plan to attend college, go to trade school, or go straight to the workforce - are the skills of being able to fill out applications, prepare for and be interviewed, fill out and maintain a resume, and be able to create a personal statement video.  In this program, youth do exactly that!  They learn how to create and fill out each of these things as well as have the chance to participate in them at the State Level in 4-H.  Check out our AIRE page for more information on how to get started and for the link to the interest form.
