We will discuss the fundamentals of growing in the morning and then move outside after lunch for a pruning demonstration. Please dress for the weather. Featured crops will include peaches, apples, and pears.

Dr. Mike Parker is the Tree Fruit Extension Specialist and Associate Professor at NC State University. He works extensively with apples, peaches, and alternative tree fruit crops.
