	This workshop is designed for those who are interested in providing access to this technology in their own communities. Congratulations to Craven County Extension Secretary Penny Shue for completing training to become a Craven County SHIIP volunteer. The knowledge gained in this training will enhance Penny's ability to support the county's SHIIP program. Penny works closely with Extension FCS Agent Kelly C. Beasley, who is responsible for the local Extension office's SHIIP efforts. From a 10/14/2009 NCDA&CS News Release: Beginning Nov. 1, the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services will no longer routinely mail out paper copies of agronomic reports. This policy will apply to reports for soil tests and nematode assays, as well as plant tissue, waste, solution and soilless media analyses.
